I found this to be very FUNNY.
I heard on the news that the engineer was TEXTING on his cell phone.
Few months ago, we passed a law in california stating "no talking on the cell phone."
Yet, people can STILL txt on the phones!
I say THE BLAME goes to the lawmakers.
If the TXT was against the law, the accident will NEVER ever happen at all.
Why couldn't TXT be added to the cell phone law in the beginning?
