Pete came over for a little while.
We spent the day together.
I need to get away from Miguel and his drinking.
"How much do you want for gas?" I asked.
"$15," Pete said, cheaply.
I laughed.
I gave him $25 for gas.
I mentioned I stole the money from Miguel.
Pete vowed that he will NOT take the money!
