This is the YouTube Community Guidelines
Respect the YouTube Community
We're not asking for the kind of respect reserved for nuns, the elderly, and brain surgeons. We mean don't abuse the site. Every cool new community feature on YouTube involves a certain level of trust. We trust you to be responsible, and millions of users respect that trust, so please be one of them.
We Review Videos Flagged As Inappropriate
Okay, this one is more about us than you. When a video gets flagged as inappropriate, we review the video to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use—flagged videos are not automatically taken down by the system. If we remove your video after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully, and you should take our warning notification seriously. Take a deep breath, read our Terms of Use and try to see it from our perspective. If you find other videos on YouTube with the same violations, please flag them so we can review them as well!
Don't Cross the Line
Here are some common-sense rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:
YouTube is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't post it on YouTube. Also, be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation. Please read our Safety Tips and stay safe on YouTube.
Don't post videos showing bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making.
Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.
YouTube is not a shock site. Don't post gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies and similar things.
Respect copyright. Only upload videos that you made or that you are authorized to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations. Read our Copyright Tips for more information.
We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity). There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from YouTube.
Everyone hates spam. Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.
Please take these rules seriously and take them to heart. Don't try to look for loopholes or try to lawyer your way around them—just understand them and try to respect the spirit in which they were created. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or termination of your account. If your account is terminated you are prohibited from creating any new accounts.
YouTube is for the Community
Remember that this is your community! Each and every user of YouTube makes the site what it is, so don't be afraid to dig in and get involved!
Have fun with the site. There's a lot here to see, and lots of folks making amazing stuff—one of them might be you! Equipment's getting cheaper and easier to use all the time, so dive in and enjoy.
Let folks know what you think. Feedback's part of the experience, and when done with respect, can be a great way to make friends, share stories, and make your time on YouTube richer. So leave comments, rate videos, make your own responses to videos that affect you, enter contests of interest—there's a lot going on and a lot of ways to participate here.
You may not like everything you see. Some of the content here may offend you—if you find that it violates our Terms of Use, then click "Flag as Inappropriate" under the video you're watching to submit it for review by YouTube staff. If it doesn't, then consider just clicking on something else—why waste time watching videos you don't like?
That's it! Thanks for reading!

My God!
I want my life back too.
I wished the problem will go away.
Yet, it remains in my life.
I can't escape the problem.
It keep on coming back no matter what.
I have too much anger.
I want to bust up some things.
It have control over my life.
It is driving me crazy.
I have enough with it.
I'm very sad.
It's a vicious cycle that I can't seem to break from.
There is no way out of the situation.
I can't take it any more.
I can't go on living like this.
I need to end it some how and some way.
I don't want to live with it any more.
I decided to end it for once and for all.
Miguel mentally abused me.
I met Miguel at the bus stop on Sunset/Alvarado.
I noticed he was drunk after work AGAIN.
We picked up my mail at the post office.
We ate at Yoshinoya.
By that time, he was very drunk.
We went home.
He wanted me to turn on the CA.
"What's that?" I asked.
He got upset and slammed the door.
Visit Or Not To Visit Miguel.
This morning, Miguel listened to the message from the sister in law.
He deleted the message.
Later, I told Miguel about his sister in law.
She is coming over this evening for a visit.
He became UPSET!
He doesn't want to see her.
He want me to call her back.
NO WAY!
It will do him some good.
This afternoon, he still want me to call her back.
Sorry, I can't.
I don't have her phone number.
I have not talk to her for a long time.
Oh well.
Maybe, she will call again before she comes over this evening.
I can tell her that Miguel wants to see her on his day off.
He don't work on sundays and mondays.
This past year, I got nowhere with Miguel.
Hopefully, she can talk some sense to him.
Miguel's sister in law, Maricela, called me.
She looked for him over a year.
I mentioned he stay with me for the past year.
She wanted to see him tomorrow at 6 PM.
(Not while he is DRUNK.)
For the next 18 hours, Miguel can't drink.
The Big Suprise is I won't tell Miguel that she is coming over TOMORROW at 6 PM.
I want it to be a BIG SURPRISE for Miguel.
The phone call starts at 1:33.
You will heard me talking to her on the phone in the restroom in the dark. Miguel was passed out on the couch.
You won't hear her voice.
I did NOT use the speakerphone.
Below is HER message on the answer machine.
I hate the new excite email.
It does not have the ONE CLICK to move the emails to a folder or delete them either.
Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL have the ONE CLICK.
The new excite email is CTRL and SHIFT for all emails.
That is a waste of time.
Excite need to use the old email system again.
The ONE CLICK is easy and fastest!
5.8 Earthquake was downgraded to 5.4.
Miguel watched TV on the couch.
I was online, watching videos on youtube.
We felt the ground shook and the walls moved.
Miguel run to the bathroom.
I stayed in my seat at the computer.
Nothing fall of the walls; we were safe!
I have been in many earthquakes before.
I am so used to them that I'm not afraid of them.
I got my first youtube account warning.
I wasn't that surprise.
I had a feeling that youtube will take it down.
The nudity was BLUR, except the butt at the end.
I honestly believed the video was in PG 13 GOOD TASTE.
PG 13 Good Taste
1) No nudity. (Not counting the butt.)
2) No voilence of any kind.
3) PG 13 video.
4) We had NYPD Blues on ABC in the 1990's.
5) Charlotte Ross NYPD Blue Shower Scene
#5 is my FAVOURITE!
Miguel and I had a big fight.
I watched a video on youtube.
He heard his voice in the same video.
He became upset with me.
I see nothing wrong with the video.
He claimed i do not RESPECT him.
Please!
I respect him at some degree.
I respect him when he is sober.
I DO NOT respect him when he is drunk.
Yes, you heard me right.
DRUNK!
Miguel can not complain about respect!
Miguel comes to my place drunk lots of time.
Miguel came here drunk and NUDE one time.
Is that respect?
In closing, respect is a two way street!
